  • Primary Resource Concerns: Water Quality Degradation, Soil Health, Erosion
  • Secondary Resource Concerns: Insufficient Water (Base Flow); Degraded Plant Condition & Pest Control (Grazing Management)
  • Fish & Wildlife Cover, Shelter and Water (Streams, Grasslands, Wetlands, Playas, Native Fish & Mussels,  Migratory Birds, Lesser Prairie Chicken, Upland Birds)

Prairie Grassland Critical Conservation Area:  Greater Arkansas & Cimmaron River Basins & Groundwater Management Districts; Critical Conservation Areas in Cimmaron Grassland, Playas, Red Hills, Cheyenne Bottoms, Quivira, McPherson Wetlands, S. Fork Ninnescah)
  • Primary Resource Concerns: Inadequate and Degraded Habitat for Fish & Wildlife (Streams, Grasslands, Playas, Wetlands, Lesser Prairie Chicken, Migratory Birds, Upland Birds, Native Fish & Mussels, Long-eared Bat); Insufficient Water (Ogallala, Playas, Reduced Irrigation through Conversion to Native Grass-Cover Crop Grazing); Degraded Plant Condition (Grazing Management, Prescribed Fire, Invasive Removal)
